Trip to Ireland

Last week I had the opportunity to travel on business to Ireland. It was a quick trip. I got there Tuesday morning and left Friday morning. Needless to say I still managed to see some of the sites of Ireland on Thursday afternoon. We drove up along the northern coast and made a few stops along the way. One of those stops was at the Bushmill's distillery. I don't drink whiskey, but the dinner was delicious.

This was the view from my hotel window. The 2 yellow cranes are the original cranes that built The Titanic. There is a river at the bottom of my picture. The Titanic was moved into that river and then out to sea.

Bushmill's Restaurant, Hotel and Distillery.

That is Scotland back in the distance.

If you look close enough you can see a hanging bridge between the two BIG rocks.

We attempted to go walk the hanging bridge but got there after it closed.
I got right up to the gate to take this picture.

One of the little towns we stopped at along our drive.
We stopped at a very tiny pub and I had my first Guinness here. Not bad!
